• Assist to pickup inbound calls
• Assist to handle complaint calls

• Prepare offer letter, extension/ shortening for Interns 
• Facilitate on New Hire On-boarding process    
• Assist profile completion for interns & submit in Self Service Framework (SSF)
• Prepare Document for Expatriates & submit

Projects : 

• Improvement of Operation Processes flow by assignment type
• Help to update work instructions International Assignment & Intern recruitment 

• Hardware assembly - Computers, Printers and Infrastructure equipment
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software
• Management of request/incident tickets
• Documentation Updates
• System Enhancement - usage of Power Platform
• Perform other related duties as required

• Assist in daily functioning of the Indirect sourcing team.
• Support all 6 categories including Logistics, Machinery & MRO, Facility & Professional Services.
• Assist in running reports and tracking Key Performance Indicators for the group.
• Coordinate and follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Participate in external and internal negotiations along with Category Experts.
• Coordinate with associates from the plant to implement projects to generate savings.
