• Conducting usability tests

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related field a plus
• 8+ years of experience as a professional UX Designer
• Experience in leading a team as a people manager
• Creative. See things differently and come up with solutions that solve problems
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact with both technical and non-technical people, strong opinions loosely held
• Driven by data and research, designing and analyzing workflows to support key business objectives

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working in start-up and/or media company environments
• Experience working in an international company and/or love of global entertainment or cultures

What success looks like for this role:

• After 3 months: You have taken UX ownership of your responsible areas
• After 6 months: You have led and helped deliver UX (and Business) success across multiple projects
• After 1-1.5 years: You have been influential in shaping the long term vision for these areas, helped define what’s required from UX to get there, managed team members to achieve these goals, and have helped develop your team members in their growth
