Job Description of Sales Support Executive
As a Sales Support Executive, you will be part of an international working environment where you will gain and develop in-depth know-how of the ship recycling lifecycle solutions for marine vessels.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support and working close relations with colleagues within Sales Team, APAC.
- Preparing proposal packages based on service offer request for APAC sales opportunities.
- Provide secretarial support for the CEO and Head of Business Development, APAC.
- Identifying the different Metizoft software solutions products and equipment sold.
- Creation of appendices (manuals, responsibility matrices, parts and working hours) for different sales exercises.
- Coordinating proposal and inputs with various internal stakeholders and Sales team and IHM team.
- Support and acting as a liaison between Sales, Business Lines and other internal functions. Performance related matters.
- Participating in customer negotiations if required.
- Maintaining Salesforce CRM and other system information that’s relevant to the support function.
- Support and attend exhibitions, seminars, external training whichever deem necessary by the company to upgrade their employee skills sets.
- Generate Monthly reporting of plans and activities
- Assisting with any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Line Manager
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, preferably in fields such as: Enviroment Engineering and Management, Marine Engineering, Finance or Sustainability.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in task related to complex sales activities, marine compliance and marine regulations.
- Relationship building and team player approach with good communication and administrative skills.
- Attention to details and awareness of how they fit into the bigger business picture.
- Systematic and organised approach to work.
- Understanding and willingness to learn about existing and possible after sales business.
- The candidate must be fluency in both English and Chinese is essential (Verbal/written), as effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for engaging with our Chinese-speaking clientele in the course of our business operations.
-Excellent PC literacy, especially in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
