• Perform financial related tasks as assigned by Manager.
• Provide systems support. Activities include the followings:

-Conduct regular review of user access of related systems and bank portals.

-Preparation of file(s) for approval.

-Monitor, troubleshoot and assist to resolve on issues affecting system interfaces, example between the collection system(s), accounting system(s), banks and any other related systems such as systems managing donations, volunteers, user access and procurement.

• Manage and maintain our finance-related systems, ensuring they are up-to-date, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Generate and distribute financial reports to various stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to reporting timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial systems, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing finance-related systems.
