About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you are responsible for the overall function of proactive sales, marketing and PR to maximise performance, drive RGI improvements, profitability and return on investment managing activity and total revenue generation. 

You should have proven record as a hunter and converter of business in a number of market segments. You will form strategic external alliances and partners to support the Hotel’s positioning and actively promote the Hotel and brand through community and professional involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING

• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance throughout the hotel to ensure standards are maintained for guest comfort.

Director of Revenue Management

The role is responsible for data quality and analysis, providing gathered intelligence, and recommending revenue and e-commerce strategies to the Commercial Strategy team, as well as other corporate and ownership entities. In addition, the role ensures that inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support the overall revenue goals of the hotel, while assisting all stakeholders in maximizing profit.
