Assistant Director Organisation Development and Strategic Planning

To lead and manage Allkin Singapore's organisation development, strategic planning and corporate governance functions to fulfil the Organisation's vision, mission and values.

To coordinate and drive the Organisation's transformation efforts, working in close partnership with the CEO, Strategy & Transformation Director and senior management team to develop and implement change initiatives, and facilitate alignment and coordination of the various change management efforts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties include:

Organisation Development (OD)

• Advise and support the CEO and the senior leadership team on the appropriate OD and change management strategy, approach and activities

Communications Strategy & Management

• Conceptualise and drive effective strategies to strengthen communication channels, enhance brand awareness, and increase public support.
• Craft messages and written collaterals such as speeches, official announcements, and other communication materials on behalf of the agency or management to drive greater advocacy and thought leadership.
• Augment fundraising efforts by developing integrated campaigns, organising fundraising events, and creating proposals, pitch decks, and impact reports to appeal to potential donors and partners.

• Support all sites on EVMF management
• Provide Admin Support to Director and the department to GSBM
• Compile of pricing and upload to system.
• Tabulate various prices for comparison.
• Assist in data consolidation, cataloguing, documentation and filing.

Requirements :

• Diploma / GCE A / GCE O level.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
• Good knowledge in MS office and Excel/Powerpoint
• Possess good initiative and positive attitude.

Security Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct security induction for employees at site.

• Manage turnstile set up and operations, CCTV and side gate access control.

• Support the Security Manager by reviewing existing security features at site and recommending new security control or features as well conducting security risk analysisand surveys if necessary.

• Brief security officers on the daily patrolling requirements such as looking out for suspicious articles, personnel and illegal activities.

• Ensure the security team records all vehicular / personnel movements into and out of the site and conduct foot patrol at different times during their shift.

• Conduct monthly spot checks on sites and living quarters, and take appropriate action on all wrongful acts / activities such as fighting or concealing offensive weapons.

• Manage monthly submission of security officers’ overtime and performance incentives, and plan weekly security team’s roster.

• Liaise with relevant authorities (i.e. SPF, MOM).

• Manage workers’ repatriation and escort workers to the airport (HQ only).

• Carry out security investigations on incidents and submission in a timely manner

• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Possess a Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) license

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Words & Powerpoint)

Responsibilities
