• 精通MS Office和招募系統

工作範圍：

• 為新進員工/工人進行入職培訓。
• 管理端到端招募流程，從職位發布和候選人篩選到面試和入職/離職。
• 維護準確且保密的人事記錄和人力資源文件
• 及時、專業地解決員工的詢問、疑慮和衝突
• 透過評估和績效評估來確定組織內的培訓需求和技能差距。
• 與部門主管合作，使培訓計畫與業務目標一致。
• 提高職能效率並為初級員工提供指導和輔導。
• 負責集團公司的 HRDF 補助金、索賠和徵稅。
• 負責集團公司保險（GHS & GTL）
• 準備聘書、員工續約和員工確認
• 執行部門經理/總監指派的其他和臨時任務。
