Job Overview

Serve as overall sales management leader, relationship manager and strategic business partner responsible for leading a sales team toward developing and expanding new business opportunities within their customer accounts.

Essential Functions

• Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable legislation.  Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems.  Approve actions on human resources matters, including salary administration.

Qualifications

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $165,500.00 - $310,100.00. 10-month Contract - Treasury Business Analysts Assistant Manager/Director

Responsibilities

· Design data migration template and exit criteria to facilitate Treasury signoff.

· Liaison for post implementation issue and resolution.

· Collaborate closely with the various teams within Treasury to gather the global business requirement.

· Lead and drive internal workshops with SMEs for an in-depth understanding of the respective products and workflows.

· Analyse and propose harmonised and streamlined workflows and system framework for Treasury.

· Document and maintain the global procedure manuals and process maps. Play an active role in functional specifications and Ul design.

· Lead and collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to define/clarify requirements, with clear documentation and minutes.

· Active follow up on outstanding issues to ensure Treasury's ROC stay within scope and timeline.
