In this role your key responsibilities include
Providing subject matter expertise in domains such as high value payments, International Payments, ISO20022 messages, ISO/SWIFT Industry initiatives
Working closely with the stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, validate, and manage requirements for changes to systems, business processes and data
Assisting the Product Owner in building the product roadmap
Being part of the core ISO20022 migration program and providing subject matter expertise on high value and International payments, ISO messaging, upcoming industry initiatives etc
Converting business needs into functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture
Analysing and documenting business/functional processes and requirements using standard analysis methodologies and tools
Undertaking any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements
Being across initiatives undertaken by leading industry players, financial institutions in the high value payments space to utilise within CBA
Deep awareness of where the leading industry financial Institutions are heading to
Participating in the industry meetings and representing CBA in those forums.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have
Advanced business and technical analysis experience, including payments related projects with Cross border and High Value Payments are preferred
Established experience working on current payments industry initiatives (knowledge of ISO2022 Migration, RTGS, Cross Border Payments, NPP etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Payments messaging standards including ISO 20022, MT messaging formats, usage guidelines. Data mapping per the messaging standards.
Sound understanding of XML's/ XSD's and how the ISO20022 change would impact the systems
Advanced knowledge of end-to-end payments processing
Software and solution delivery lifecycle experience, including payments related projects
Demonstrated experience working on technology enabled projects involving complex integration
Proven experience working in Agile teams
Independently managing business stakeholders and running requirements workshops
Advanced understanding of agile business analysis processes & techniques (i.e., User Stories, Epics, Use Cases), Business process modelling)

What we’ll want you to have:
Knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT®, Blackbaud CRM™, Blackbaud Altru®, and Blackbaud’s products for the K-12 market
Ideal candidates should be able to operate under minimal supervision
Strong listening and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to ask effective need-development questions
Background in, or exposure to, Software/SaaS is preferred
Must be process-oriented
A strong passion for, and orientation towards, providing a positive customer experience
