Learning Outcomes

Your primary focus will be to support the People Ops team in recruitment functions. Your responsibilities will revolve around talent acquisitions and daily people ops matters.

Some of the key areas you will be involved in include:

· Assist in recruitment processes for Lucence’s headquarters and international offices.

· Support the execution of smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new hires integrate effectively into their roles and the organization.

· Gather and organize HR data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and other relevant platforms.

· Utilize statistical techniques to analyze HR metrics, trends, and patterns.

· Develop and maintain HR dashboards to visualize key metrics for easy consumption by stakeholders.

· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.

To be a good fit for this role, you would have:

· Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.

As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Serve as primary support to day-to-day shipment related activities for both customer success team and customers
• Work hand-in-hand with customer success teams to retain new and existing customers with unparalleled customer experience
• Manage order uploading with accurate information and required documents for internal and external parties usage
• Provide timely notification and follow up on shipment status to internal and external parties
• Ability to work efficiently on spreadsheets to provide customer success team with administrative and data support

• Meticulous to data and administrative details in order to minimize errors.
