• Consolidates information from other department & guide other department in quality awareness
• Measures factory quality performance in regular basis
• Communicates with both buyers & suppliers in quality matter
• Measures the supplier performance for marketing strategy
• Guide QC Department, to perform & maintain the quality processes
• Involves on development of sewing technique
• Involves on factory evaluation process from the customers or buyers
• Provides regular quality report for management review
• Anticipates the problem since incoming material up to finished garment, including the testing requirement

• Have extensive and deep knowledge in garment manufacturing & testing
• Previous experience with fabric and trim testing
• Knowledge and understanding of garment laboratory instrument
• Knowledge of Quality System, Laboratory Management System & Laboratory Design
• "At least 5 years of experience in Manufacture Laboratory"
• Manage the testing laboratory
• Manage the testing fabrics or yarns and trims to ensure a high quality of material is achieved
• Resolve quality issues and offer advice to leadership team and relevant departements
• Ensure testing SOPs
• Maintain customer certifications of the lab

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable university, a master degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial level, preferably in garment industry and in multinational company.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Excellent understanding of corporate law and regulatory law
• Excellent communication skill
• A PERADI license will be a plus
• Responsible for Company's Legal Identities, and any other company's legal identity documentation, maintain & update a variety of legal files and records
• Provide legal assistance with regards to Contract Management, from drafting, negotiating to performance
• Provide corporate legal advise

• Familiar or having expertise to manage improvement or Lean System in manufacturing.
• Have experience in the same position (as a Manager or Assistant Manager, minimum 5 years).

• Monitoring and checking PO in order to purchase materials correct and within budget
