Duration of Service:

• Contract Period: From 4 June 2024 to 3 June 2025
• Option to Extend: The School has the option to extend the contract for another 12 months, exercisable before the expiration of the current contract period.

Personnel Deployment Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (including a 0.5hr lunch break)
• Service not required on: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

1. Printing and photocopying of exam papers and important documents for distribution to staff, students, and management.
2. Ensuring printed documents are of good quality and maintaining confidentiality.
3. Timely completion of all printing requests.
4. Planning procurement of printing papers and accessories.
5. Receiving and verifying deliveries of printing papers and accessories.
6. First-tier handling of machine malfunctions.
7. Collation of paper according to staff needs.
8. Disposal of used carton boxes and old newspapers.
9. Maintaining inventory of ink cartridges and ordering when levels are low.
10. Assisting in coordinating maintenance/repair works with suppliers when required.
11. General administrative duties.
12. Any other duties assigned by the reporting officer.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Drive, enthusiasm, and interest in printing tasks.
• Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
• Minimum secondary school education with proficiency in handling printing and photocopying machinery.
• Ability to read and communicate in English; basic Mandarin skills advantageous.
• Integrity to maintain document confidentiality

Carshalton Boys Sports College (CBSC) is in search of an enthusiastic and creative person to join the Visual Arts Faculty. • Work on projects on Paid Media- SEM, Display, Social media on different clients

• Analyse, track and optimize on an ongoing activities basis effective benchmark for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.

Job Scope:
