An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in Brixton Hill, London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This care home provides a range of respite care and long-term residential dementia care, nursing care, nursing dementia care and end of life care

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse Deputy Home Manager your key responsibilities include:
• Provide leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence
• Coordinating and coaching staff to ensure that effective nursing and care services are provided, quality standards are continually improved, and clinical outcomes are recorded and measured
• Ensure that your team is well supported and happy in their jobs, as this will help them to provide the best care for our residents
• Passionate about providing high quality care, ensuring the lives of residents are continually enriched
• Share cover for on call management rota at weekends and evenings together with the Home Manager

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Experienced within a nursing/care home setting for older people
• Extensive clinical knowledge
• Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
• Excellent organisations and planning skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Nurse Deputy Home Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £58,300 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 45 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to help manage a small learning disability services based in the Diss, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can progress to lead a more independent and fulfilling life

**To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care**

As the Deputy Manager your key duties include:
• Dedicated to undertaking the deputy management of supporting people with complex needs, your team will support service users to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives
• You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care
• Will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service
• You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the service success

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Have in depth practical knowledge and experience in a similar role
• Current knowledge of appropriate legislation
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Ability to develop great support skills within the staff team

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £12.30 per hour and the annual salary is £19,188 per annum.
