Here at Serco, we are looking for an experienced Data Quality Manager to join our team at the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract. AASC offers a range of improvements, with particular focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system.

The Analytics and Performance team is a new function within the AASC contract. The department will be responsible for producing accurate, current, and insightful Management information to provide all contractual, external and internal functional, performance and insight reporting and the assurance of data quality. Main Purpose of the Role

In this role you will be responsible for Unipart Rail’s overall Quality Management System (QMS) covering Products, Supply Chain,
Manufacturing and shared/common processes and its effective implementation across the business. A key part of the role is to

Main Responsibilities:

Management of the Quality System

* Manage the overall Quality System and corporate adherence to ISO 9001 across Products, Supply Chain Services, and

They are looking for a full-time Head of Quality to join their fast-paced Operations team, assisting the CEO and Head of Operations with all quality aspects of running our fast-growth manufacturing operation.

You will manage the in-house Quality team to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, this will include coordination of the completion of internal audits to drive a continuous improvement with a robust safety culture at both of our Manufacturing facilities in the Midlands. Develop and implement quality control procedures for raw materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products. Establish and monitor quality metrics to ensure consistent product quality. Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and facilities to identify and rectify potential issues.
Risk Management: -
Identify and assess risks associated with product quality and safety. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize quality-related incidents. Ensure proper handling of product recalls and corrective actions when necessary.
Continuous Improvement: - Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the quality department and across the organisation. Implement quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback from stakeholders. Stay informed about advancements in quality management practices and technology.
Supplier Management: -
Evaluate and qualify suppliers of raw materials and packaging components. Establish supplier quality agreements and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance. Address any quality issues with suppliers promptly and effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, New Product Development and Operations to ensure alignment on quality objectives. Provide training and support to employees across the organization to promote a culture of quality and compliance. Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on quality-related matters and seek support for initiatives.
Pharmaceutical Expertise: - A. Leverage pharmaceutical background to understand and apply principles of pharmaceutical quality management to food manufacturing. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards and requirements in addition to food industry standards. Provide guidance on pharmaceutical-specific aspects such as stability testing, batch record review, and documentation practices.

The Role - Data Manager

Reporting into the Head of IT Services, you will be responsible for understanding the structure, format and flow of data between multiple internal and external systems. You will work with stakeholders to ensure data is managed effectively and in a way to allow maximum interpretation, informing wider stakeholders of how the business is doing, providing an insight into processes and identifying where improvements could be made. You will also work to ensure data held is accurate and that corresponding datasets reconcile with the correct master relationship. The role will primary focus at supporting Data Management strategies for Pinnacle Service Families working in conjunction with our external technical service provider.

• Develop and maintain a clear understanding of all underlying API’s for various connected applications under the FIDS contract for PSF.
• End to end ownership of data workflows for key IT applications

• Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.
• Work with our strategic IT partner to implement a robust data warehousing solution for PSF landscape.

Skills
