You will be a part of the Technology and Innovation Team and will participate in and support initiatives of three key objectives; emplacement of HR systems and projects, enablement of the daily HR operations and support, and empowerment of Strategic HR by education, training, and sharing of technological skills and knowledge.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes and executing recruitment activities across several diverse business arms internationally. The role requires creative thinking, good knowledge of international labor legislation, resourcefulness, and hands-on approach. This is a 6 months contract role to cover for maternity leave.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition process
• Review, propose, enhance, and execute recruitment policies, work processes, workflow, hiring plans, induction programs, etc.
• Tap market intelligence, local knowledge, and techniques and tools that make the screening and hiring process robust.
• Attract diverse and qualified talent prospects from across the region for current and future needs.
• Participate and contribute to employment branding initiatives.
• Ensure offer of salaries and benefits comply with pay equity internally and externally.
• Review, update, and maintain job descriptions database.
• Serve as the point of contact for all hiring status internationally.
• Take charge of pre-onboarding administrative and preparation works, including induction programs for new joiners.
• Design and execute periodic/monthly reports for management, as necessary or when requested, to track hiring goals and accomplishments.
• Facilitating recruitment meetings with overseas TA personnel, ensuring hiring status is up to date.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in HR Management, Human Capital Development, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity with exposure to international hiring and its related matters.
• Prior experience from a related industry (such as Manufacturing or FMCG) will be advantageous.

Specific Requirements

• Effectively bilingual for effective correspondence with mandarin-speaking internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, possess strategic thinking, ability to make effective decisions, coordinates effectively with stakeholders (local & overseas).

The ideal candidate will support the Assistant Manager, HR Technology in implementing and maintaining the human resource information management systems for SingHealth Polyclinics.

Talent Acquisition (75%)

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates from diverse backgrounds using various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
• Handle end to end processes of bringing Non-Traditional-Source workers into Singapore
• Utilize advanced search techniques and tools such as Boolean search strings, X-ray search, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Job Description

You will be a member of a team managing the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and projects. You will actively participate in activities such as analysing business requirements and system design, planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and sourcing for solutions to issues.

You will assist HR users with their operational needs and guide them towards leveraging and optimising our HR systems in line with our strategies. Collaborating with our IT partners, you will serve as a liaison between them and the users in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Job Description

• Attend to job seekers and potential applicants who walk into the Recruitment Office to assist them with their enquiries or interview appointments.

• Manage resumes received; ensure applicants’ information are updated in the ATS.
