Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for game development testing, and testing in strict accordance with product requirements.
2. Perform the collection, query, and sorting of bugs in game products, find the recurrence rules of bugs and accurately describe them in text.
3. Familiar with the function, performance and compatibility test of mobile client application (iOS/Android) and complete the test report.
4. Discover and initiate the solution of quality risks in game products. Manage, track and follow on resolution of game defect, and counter propose a reasonable suggestions of improvement for game products.
5. Assist in planning optimization and improvement of the system, and feedback the playability, ease of play and systemic problems of game products.
Job requirements:
1. Fluent in Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
2. More than 3 years working experience in game testing QAT.
3. Able to be independently responsible for game testing work is preferred, familiar with script automation testing is preferred.
4. Honest, self-disciplined, good communication and understanding skills, teamwork skills, strong logical and detailed thought process.
5. Familiar with Mantis, Jira, BugFree and other test management tools.
6. Work proactive, enthusiastic, have a strong sense of responsibility, good at finding and solving problems.
7. Open to local Malaysians only.

To push for further optimization of the consumer journey, we are looking for a General Manager who will ensure that all the products passing through our warehouses are meticulously verified and authenticated. He/she will also implement a robust goods-tracking system to facilitate the logistical processes of our products.
In this managerial capacity, the candidate will also be tasked with leveraging technical acumen alongside established leadership experience to ensure operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
1.) Create and establish a comprehensive goods tracking system for the company, guaranteeing full traceability from production to the final consumer.
You'll be required to collaborate with the ERP systems administrator to digitalize this process.
2.) Oversee a team of quality assurance officers. Their tasks involve:
a. Making sure the right distributor codes are on each product.
b. Checking all items visually to make sure they're free of flaws or any imperfections.
c. implement appropriate measures and sending back any products that don't meet quality control standards.
3.) Oversee a workforce consisting of warehouse operators tasked with executing Consumer Goods (GC) operations
4.) Ensure logistics process error rate is within a fault tolerance threshold of below 0.05%, including customer complaints and internal Quality Assurance evaluations.
Job Requirements:
Given the role in overseeing critical functions such as quality control and warehousing, it is imperative that candidates possess the requisite experience and/or expertise outlined below to proficiently execute their duties:
1) Knowledge and experience working with GS1 standards and matrix codes.
2) Minimum of 15 years of direct experience in quality assurance within the luxury industry. Qualifications in technical industries are highly preferred.
3) Knowledge and experience in Odoo 16 software usage, with a direct focus on Inventory and Manufacturing modules
4) A comprehensive understanding of diverse industry-standard quality assurance checkpoints for packaging, including their distinctive identification methodologies.
5) Extensive expertise and hands-on experience in goods traceability mechanisms, particularly in the implementation of these systems downstream in the supply chain.
6) Experience in leading a team of at least 25 in qualified quality assurance functions or systems
7) Proficiency and experience in warehouse operations pertaining to Consumer Goods: handling procedures, sanitation protocols between Quality Control (QC) and non-QC products, management of goods flow, product accounting, and related areas.
Working Hours and Benefits
1) You will be expected to work 5.5 days. Weekday working hours are 8:30am to 6pm, and Saturday working hours are 8:30am - 1pm.
