As an E-Commerce Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the onlinesales channel. This position involves overseeing various aspects of e-commerce operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and updating product information, pricing, and images on e-commerce platforms.
- Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitoring and analyzing website and platform performance to identify areas for
improvement.
- Manage e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Zalora and Magento UI.
- Plan and propose promotional campaigns.
- Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer
- Staying current on industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvements.
- Verify that all product listings have accurate and high-quality images, graphics, and content.
- Managing inventory, ensuring product availability, and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Assisting with order processing and fulfilment.
- Work closely with warehouse team to ensure smooth operation of online store, including order fulfilment and logistics arrangement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass
Communications or Business or its equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years’ working experience in similar role and with minimum two (2) years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Understanding of E-Commerce end-to-end user journey, behaviour and experience.
- Good knowledge in working with 3rd party E-Commerce portal such as Shopee, Lazada,
Zalora, etc. with proven track record on sales achievement.
- Proven track record of online campaign success and conversion of leads to revenue.
- Proficient in analytics tools – Google Analytics.
- Proactive team player, highly organised and efficient with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Experience in retail industry with footwear background will be an added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately.
