- To plan, organize and follow up on day to day business enquiries.
- To manage, monitor and develop additional business activities of Key Accounts.
- Assist Section Head in fulfilling the requirements for the effective implementation of the MBL System.
- Assist Section Head to maintain and develop the growth of Key Accounts.
- Assist Section Head / Sales team follow up on business prospect.
- Timeliness and accuracy on handling business inquiries as per Quality System KPI.
- Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery.
- Build and proactively manage trust relationships with Key Accounts.
- Go beyond clients' core business to identify new opportunities.
- Be abreast of SGS new products and services and propose them to customers as appropriate.
- Assist on Debtors collection to meet DSO target.
- Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when always carry out your responsibilities to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management
