The incumbent is responsible to support development and implementation of quarterly and annual business plans within the mobile handset channel. As Sr. Specialist II, Mobile Planning, you will be responsible for continuously evaluating the channel dynamics in efforts to identify issues and opportunities for improved business growth within the NC/ME portfolio and maintaining a robust Market share forecast model. This position will collaboratively work with Product Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain Management organizations to manage execution of key performance measures that are both financial and non-financial and are in line with MBO targets. This role also requires the candidate to take proactive steps to build models and dashboards relevant to the portfolio, including spearheading the process of ideation, data collection and data assimilation. Job Description

• Project management for data business service delivery, including IEPL/IPLC, IDC, MPLS VPN, IP Transit and etc.
• Manage and provide regular progress update during the project lifecycle for new circuit installation, upgrade, and relocation etc.
• Liaise with customers and vendors to facilitate service requirement to ensure the project progress on schedule
• Conduct risk management, procedure optimization and escalate all outstanding issue during provisioning stage.
• Consolidate, revise and update internal reports weekly and monthly.
• To support ad-hoc tasks assigned by team manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Technical background such as CCNA, CCNP, IP networking skills are preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin as this role needs to liaise with Hong Kong headquarters.
• Singaporeans are highly preferred.
