Job Summary
This role is responsible for planning web or interactive marketing programs and mapping online customer experience strategy. The role drives editorial strategies and content for online properties including website, social media, portals and provides recommendations on best-fit solutions to web problems. Additionally, the role supports establishing performance indicators, manages and directs assigned agencies, and leads moderate to high complexity projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
