• Procurement Management (office monthly billing, company merchandise, team GA etc).
• Governance within Administration Team
• Admin policy and guidelines
• Contract Management
• Logistics Management
• Travel booking processing - including visa application.
• Vendor Onboarding Management
• Coordination and involvement with project initiatives of different stakeholders
• Relationship and coordination with Building Management alongside with Facilities Team.
• Oversee and support to Office Compliances
• Support to Facilities for BCP.
• Preparation of Monthly Actual vs Budget file for future reconciliation of yearly budget
