The IT Operation and Maintenance Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing, strategizing, and managing the operation, maintenance, and support of an organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and services. 1. To uphold company objectives and brand image.
2. To ensure all daily outlet operations run smoothly and conform to the Company’s procedure/ policy.
3. To serve customers, promote and sell the Company’s products to customers.
4. To respond to customers’ complaints courteously and professionally in accordance with standard complaint handling procedures.
5. To brief outlet staff under his/ her management on the sales target given and assign quantitative and qualitative roles to each staff with respect to the sales target.
6. To provide on-the-job training to new recruits in areas/ functions including but not limited to SOP, selling skills, customer profile, and product knowledge.
7. To monitor and reinforce outlet staff’s skill sets continuously and progressively.
8. To assign tasks to the respective outlet personnel to meet operational demands in response to planned promotion, customer traffic flow, etc.
9. Observe standard security measures against shoplifting and pilferage.
10. To prepare duty roster and attendance schedule for the respective outlet personnel.
11. To verify all sales transactions are correct. To further ensure that cash handling, sales posting, and other forms of record keeping are done in a timely manner and in accordance with existing operating standards.
12. To prepare the petty cash summary once a month for the Finance & Accounts Department.
13. To check and monitor the accuracy of stock quantity in the outlet under his/ her management.
14. To brief and report to the Area Operations Manager issues and problems at the outlets with appropriate frequency. Regularly offer suggestions to the Area Operations Manager on ways and means to improve outlet operations.
15. To submit a monthly report to the Area Operations Manager detailing the business conditions, customer feedback, and product performance of the preceding month.
