Job Description

• The temporary administrative executive is required to:
• Assist with issue of title for BTO flats including preparation of legal instruments using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), checking data in instruments prepared against relevant systems, liaising with operating groups and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy of data especially where there are intervening events (divorce, death, estate and probate matters, bankruptcy etc) and lodging documents in SLA’s Electronic Lodgement System.
• Pending the full implementation of various digitalisation projects, to give support to the Property Legal (Leases) Department on such conveyancing matters as may be assigned to ensure that all legal documents are prepared with 100% accuracy and the various conveyancing requirements relating to stamping, lodgement etc are strictly complied with.
• Training will be provided.

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Front Desk (60%)

• Attend to calls, email queries and walk-ins promptly and professionally.
