DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Front Desk (60%)
• Attend to calls, email queries and walk-ins promptly and professionally.
• Process and oversee internal dispatch of documents between campuses.
• Provide information and assistance to external and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain proper organization of resource and materials.
• Ensure safe custodial and functionality of school equipment.
• Issue and ensure return of school equipment and resource.
• Manage lost and found and general issuance of resource to meet staff and students’ needs.
• Assist in daily operations for arrival and dismissal routines, fire drills etc.
2. Administrative Support (30%)
• Provide administrative support to facilitate communication with external and internal stakeholders e.g. draft consent forms, disseminate and collate returns of forms and data, etc.
• Assist in data tracking and update of databases and perform simple analysis to generate reports to external and internal stakeholders.
• Manage physical/digital filing of administrative documents.
• Provide general administrative support to school programmes and events.
4. Others (10%)
• Provide general administrative support in organizational wide programmes and events.
• Participate in school and AAS wide programmes and events.
• Participate in a working committee to advance school’s vision and mission.
• Undertake tasks and duties as assigned by Administration Manager and Principals to meet organizational needs.
Any other duties as assigned by the Principal and/or School Management.
