The role is permanent, paying circa £45,000pa offered full time on site or potentially hybrid working one or two days from home per week. Your new role
In the role you will be responsible for line management, with the service desk (1st & 2nd line analysts) team of 10. You'll work closely with the IT Service Delivery Manager to ensure high quality day to day operational IT support services for the organisation. You'll support the personal development across the team, manage one one to-one and act as an escalation point where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have experience working at manager / team lead level across a busy IT service desk.
