We are currently looking for a Senior Automation & Hardware Infrastructure Lead for an operations support project to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

• Design and oversee implementation of server hardware, Cyber Security solutioning
• Help with Network Segmentation
• Designing and managing interfaces to third-party systems within the DeltaV framework like HCI,HMI while keeping in mind the user requirements on site.
• Managing internal stakeholders and coordinating with diverse system vendors.
• Reviewing vendor functional specifications and design specifications to ensure alignment with client global and local standards.
• Collaborating with multiple teams to design system architecture, network architecture, and cable schedules.
• Participating in design meetings at various vendor locations.
• Witnessing FATs and interface tests at various vendor locations.
• Providing close support to qualification teams for test generation and execution efforts in IQ, OQ, and PQ. Supporting FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ activities.

The Risk Managers primary focus is on the management and coordination of the risk management function, ensuring that all elements of risk to the project are identified, analysed, reported and solutions/mitigations developed and implemented.

The main duties of a Risk Manager is:

• Management and coordination of risk management to ensure effective project delivery to and to the highest industry standards, on time and within allocated budgets.

The Design Engineer is responsible for assisting the Senior Design Engineer on structural analysis and design compliance for the project.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Conduct structure analysis
• Provide technical engineering information to ensure compliance with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instructions.
• Develop architectural/engineering drawings and ensure specifications/regulations are followed.
• Liaise with architects, engineers and other departments to ensure that the design intentions are met.
• Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimation whenever required
• Ability to identify potential and discrepancies that affect the design and recommend solutions to relevant team/department

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience on Civil & Structural projects
• Able to problem solve and manage projects

· Coordinates construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications

· Interprets structural drawings for implementation in construction projects

· Reviews design and discusses modifications with consultants, providing engineering input and alternative methods to address construction challenges

· Raised RFI (Request for Information) on any discrepancies and ambiguities in the design drawings

· Works with construction team, including project managers, site engineers, architects and electrical and mechanical engineers to explain drawings, specifications and other technical information to answer their clarifications

· Conducts regular technical meetings with consultants and client to discuss and resolve construction issues

· Manages structural drafters and reviews shop drawings to ensure these are in compliance with the project specifications

· Monitors changes to designs, assessing effects on cost and assisting with variation negotiations

Maintained up to date documentation and filing system of all relevant technical reports and submissions, drawings and specifications

• Ensure efficient Civil & Structural and Geotechnical & viaduct design is achieved in accordance with Design Criteria and relevant standards
• Liaise with internal and external parties on all civil & structural and geotechnical & viaduct design matters and advises the Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) regularly
• Co-ordinate the review of Contractor's civil & structural and Geotechnical & Viaduct submission and assists the SPM/PM in conveying a timely response to the contractor
