About the Position

The Facilities Manager will be responsible to oversee all building-related activities including to preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. • Managing the front of house and building support teams daily to ensure office sites are safe & secure. 

• Planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.

• Cleaning including scheduled and reactive work.    

• Office security provision and planning directly or through service charge element.  

• Catering and hospitality procurement and contract management  

• Front of House, reception, and post room operation. 

• Use of computer-aided facilities management systems for health and safety, sustainability, desk booking, meeting room booking, air-cond. Etc.   

• Vendor performance management including contract management.  

• Project management support and facilitation.  Moves and Churn planning and coordination.    

• Fiscal management.   

• List of duties is not exhaustive and will at times require remote support for other Global Support offices.   

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Manager (SM) to join our sales team based out of our offices in various locations in BW office. Your responsibilities will be to lead a sales team and develop the team into successful performers, coach them by engaging with them in sales attachment and ultimately drive the team to achieve their target. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading the sales team and drive them to achieve monthly and annual target
• Coach and guide sales team into professional sales personnel
• Review weekly sales activities, defining strategic sales pipeline and prospects by building on solid existing client relationship to win more new sales and clients in your territory to help the team to achieve sales target
• Engaged in sales route ride with the team within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities is explored
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Drive sales revenue and analyse their needs for upsell and cross sell opportunities
• Takes accountability by ensuring team update daily sales in system
• Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspection as and when required
• Work closely with other team members to assist in collection

• Conduct sales meetings and support overall sales SOP so as to be aligned with Company’s direction
• Conduct visit at major customers’ site on monthly basis to understand their needs, concerns and suggest improvement from feedback received

• Maintain extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s selling propositions and differentiators.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum a Diploma in any related with at least 5 years relevant Sales Management/ Supervisory experience
• Strong leadership qualities, result oriented, dynamic, self-driven and motivated to work with and through people of various levels
• Excellent in promoting teamwork and synergize the team towards achieving sales target
• Driven by data, analytical, able to develop team by managing their sales activities and coach them accordingly
• Excellent in building a network of excellent customer relationships
• Able to identify potential opportunities and provide cost effective solutions to clients
• Ability to work onsite especially under the sun and go on joint visits with Sales/ Technical colleagues
• Good understanding of Business clients in your designated geographic areas/ region
• Able to work autonomously and thrive on challenges
• Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
• Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status
