Job Summary

Kitchen Assistant:-

• Food Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of food, including cutting, chopping, and peeling ingredients, as well as measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes.

To assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring smooth operation of the Front Office. To be responsible in directing, coordinating, and monitoring the overall Front Office operation as directed by the Front Office Manager to meet the service standards of the Hotel. To direct the Front Office operation in the absence of the Front Office Manager. The Front Office  Supervisor is a key ambassador for the hotel and the Minor Hotels brand. He or she creates one of the most powerful first impressions to our guests. Minor Hotels Front Office Supervisors all have a friendly and outgoing personality, and are genuinely interested in meeting and serving new guests from all over the world. Create, amend or cancel room reservations for guests, including group arrivals.

· Pre-assign rooms and monitor on departures.

· Coordinate with Housekeeping for the assignment and preparation of rooms for guest arrivals.

· Perform check-in and checkout functions in a friendly and professional manner for all guests, including the welcoming of VIPs, group and individual travellers. Escort guest to room for in-room registration, if required.

· Assign the requested room type and perform room move according to guest requests.
