Organise and direct both the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer office and portfolio efficiently and effectively to ensure key programmes and portfolios are delivered on time. Manage and implement multiple interrelated projects in support of specific strategies within the CMO and CNO portfolios from contract/proposal of initiative to final operation stage including benefits, risks and dependencies of the key issues. Maintain an understanding of the strategic goals and objectives of the Trust and related programmes and ensure the CMO and CNO portfolios and programmes of work support the direction whilst ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care. The Chief Business Officer will be responsible for developing and executing the Sales & Business Development strategy in the APAC region. The role brings in leadership, vision, and creativity in building sales funnel for products and solutions, converting the funnel into revenue stream. The successful candidate will define and drive high-impact, cross functional strategies, and plans. S/he will engage with key clients to deliver sustainable and future sales and revenue growth. This is a critical leadership role that reports to the CEO.

Business Development:

• Leading efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations

• Evaluating and negotiating business deals, contracts, and agreements

• Accurately forecasting team revenue on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Developing a strong sales strategy to achieve the forecasted growth by identifying top partners and enterprise prospects

• Taking accountability for prospecting target clients for increased business growth

• Building healthy and ethical bonds with new and existing clients

Sales & Marketing:

• Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive revenue growth

• Taking ownership for managing and delivering full sales cycle: marketing, lead generation, prospecting, pitching, collection and closing business

• Contributing towards analyzing and planning innovative sales strategies

• Identifying new opportunities for sales campaigns that can lead to increased sales (e) Being the face of the company at events, trade fairs etc.

Innovation and Technology:

• Staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements

• Implementing innovative solutions to improve business processes and stay ahead of the competition • Recommending and assisting in new product development and continuous improvement and monitoring of existing products

• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly Legal Compliance:

• Ensuring the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Working with HRDC to ensure all norms being followed

Financial Management:

• Overseeing the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning • Working closely with the Head of Finance/CFO to ensure financial goals are met and resources are allocated effectively

Requirements

• Extensive experience in executive sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in business development and strategic planning with 10+ years at an executive level

• Unique ability to balance strategic thinking with results-focused tactical execution

• Extraordinary people, partnership, and team-building skills

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills

• Professional manner with good interpersonal and strong communication skills and be able to build relationships with a diverse group of both technical and non-technical resources

• Well-adapted individual, self-motivated, delivery focused with the ability to work independently and multi-task

We are looking for a Director to join the Planning Desk of Global Markets Division for Asia (“AGMD”) as Desk Head.

Job Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact between stakeholders in Global Markets Planning division in Tokyo Head Office and AGMD
• Support the development of the Global Markets Sales and Trading business strategies in Asia region
• Plan and drive forward AGMD’s business strategy to achieve AGMD’s targets set by Tokyo Head Office
• Promote collaboration with partner banks in Asia and MUFG group company to enhance Global Markets Business
• Support business functions for achieving financial target of AGMD.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
• To undertake any other assignment or projects as directed by Management or Head of Department.

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualified
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in banking or capital markets
• Minimum JLPT N1 Certification, degree from a Japanese university* or equivalent is required to liaise with Japanese counterparts and different departments in the company, focusing on development of global market strategy, projects and budgeting
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales or Trading
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Strategic Planning
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Asset and Liability Management
• Skills and Competencies in stakeholder management to collaborate with other departments including Head Office.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence others and embed frameworks, processes and recommendations.
• Skills and Competencies in People Performance Management
• Good knowledge of financial products, markets, regulatory developments and economic environment in the region
