Our client is a dynamic and innovative kids clothing retail company known for its commitment to excellence and employee development. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR department and drive our people-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic HR Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall mission and objectives. Lead initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and development.
· Talent Acquisition: Manage and enhance the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent. Implement strategies for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
· Performance Management:Establish and oversee performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and career development plans.
· Employee Relations: Promote a positive work environment by handling employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances effectively. Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Make recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
· Training and Development:Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Foster a learning culture within the organization.
· HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
· Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with all MOM laws, regulations, and industry standards. Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and update company policies accordingly.
· HR Technology: Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance data management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a senior HR leader, preferably as a CHRO or VP of HR, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
· Strong understanding of MOM laws and regulations, along with a track record of ensuring HR compliance.
· Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing HR teams.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to drive positive change and foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
· Proficiency in HR software and technology.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
· Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct.
