Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Manage the scheduling and assignment of work orders to maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to facility maintenance staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in facility management or maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Able to speak Mandarin
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with facility management software and tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to facility-related emergencies outside of regular business hours, as needed.
