SUMMARY OF ROLE

Primary Purpose and Major Function of the Role

The Director of Finance ("DOF") will be responsible for providing the necessary financial support to Department Heads to facilitate the achievement of the Hotel's financial targets. 7. *Investment and Financing*: Evaluate and advise on investment opportunities, manage the company’s financing activities, including relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

8. *Risk Management*: Identify and manage the company’s financial risks, develop and implement risk management policies.

9. *Team Management*: The responsibilities include participating in and overseeing project bidding, supervising the daily work progress on-site, and reviewing the monthly work progress reports submitted to the general contractor.

10. *Strategic Support*: Participate in strategic planning for the company, providing financial expertise and advice. Support and collaborate with the general manager to ensure smooth overall company operations.

Applicants must have a diploma or higher in accounting and relevant technical or construction management certificates in the construction industry.

More than 6 years of financial management experience in the construction industry.
