• 確保每月5號之前及時向總部提交月度財務報告。
• 參與準備財務預測、預算和預測以支持決策。
• 透過收集成本資訊來監控成本會計功能，分析並推薦具有成本效益的解決方案。
• 準備稅務估算（CP204 和 CP204A）並審查稅務計算
• 建立並執行適當的會計方法、政策和原則。
• 提高職能效率並為初級員工提供指導和輔導。
• 協助ERP實施，協助年終財務審計及報稅。
• 與外部利害關係人（包括審計師、金融機構、監管機構、公司秘書和其他人員）聯絡，處理財務相關事宜。
• 執行部門經理/總監指派的其他臨時任務

Job Responsibilities

• Create and enforce operational policies for maximum efficiency across all departments.
• Manage all operational aspects, including scheduling, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Oversee supply chain and logistics for timely, cost-effective product delivery.
• Maintain 5S practices and uphold safety and environmental standards consistently.
• Lead improvement and digital transformation projects, devising strategies for enhanced business processes.

Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
