Omni Care experience plays a key role in shaping the future of our customer experience across our digital and physical retail channels.  We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a track record of leading successful product initiatives from concept to market to help develop our long-term AI/ML and GenAI enabled Self Service strategy for the next generation of our platform to empower human understanding at scale. As a Product Manager, you’ll be working closely with a diverse team across the business including business partners, peer product managers, development teams, QA, Analytics and other functions to meet product goals and create great experiences for both internal users and Walmart customers. The successful candidate will bring a mix of product innovation, analytical thinking, relevant AI/ML experience leadership skills, technical knowledge, great instincts and sense of urgency.

KEY OUTCOMES

• Help define product strategy, benefits and vision for Automation/AI product
• Understand the dynamics and drivers of critical metrics and KPIs and provide business recommendations accordingly.
• Bring hands on experience with conversational IVR and bot product development
• Develop, maintain and execute against product roadmap and lead prioritization with stakeholders to ensure benefit realization
• Define product/project scope, author product requirements. Create user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Work directly with engineering, QA and Technical Program Manager teams using Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including Customer Care Operations, Vertical Business leaders and legal throughout the product life cycle.
• Perform competitive product analysis and market research to stay on top of industry trends
• Partner closely with Analytics and Operations teams to ensure proper measurement instrumentation, monitoring and reporting of product success post launch
• Communicate plans and progress to leadership and partner teams
• Evangelize Automation/AI across the organization, drive integration with customers and partners and ensure desired positive impact is achieved

Experience:

• 4+ years in product management in an Agile environment, with a record of launching successful products to market.
• Direct experience leading a product related to Self Service, IVR, and/or Messaging channels
• Experience working with Automation and AI/ machine learning applied to yield optimization.
• APIs as a product experience a strong plus
• Demonstrated history in managing complex projects, with an acute attention to quality
• Proven ability to problem-solve from the big strategic challenges to the small tactical decisions.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Supports the Organization mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy.  Adheres to the Organization Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and Organization policy requirements.

Provides direct nursing care pre, during and post procedure, under the direction of the Facility Manager, Director of Nursing and/or Charge Registered Nurse, utilizing standard nursing techniques to assist the physician in optimum patient outcomes following facility policies and procedures.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALITY:

• Responsible for supporting and driving organization quality standards through meeting regulatory and accrediting body requirements and the practice of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), including use of CQI tools.
• Assists with implementation of organization quality goals and facility specific action plans in order to achieve organization quality standards.
• Accountable for outstanding quality of patient care, as defined by the organization quality goals, to ensure that organization policies and procedures are followed.
• Responsible for addressing and acting on adverse events and action thresholds in collaboration with facility management.
• Maintains integrity of medical records and other organization administrative and operational records.
• Complies with all data collection and auditing activities.
• Maintains facility environmental integrity and safety.

PATIENT:

• Obtains necessary medical history, discusses procedure and answers questions, and performs nursing assessment on the day of the procedure.
• Provides education to patients and patient’s family regarding post procedure care of vascular access.
• Monitors patient condition before, during and after the procedure, especially patients having moderate sedation and contrast media injections for possible complications or reactions.
• Acts as a resource for the patient to address patient concerns and questions.
• Identifies and communicates patient related issues to facility management, as needed.
• Completes documentation of patient information from admission to discharge in an accurate manner.
• Confirm written orders, consents and lab work are completed and documented in accordance with facility policies. This includes appropriate preparation of lab requisitions; delivery to appropriate labs; reporting and forwarding of lab results to appropriate physician.
• Maintains competency with all emergency operational procedures, and initiates CPR and emergency measures, as needed.
• Administers medications and IV moderate sedation to patients as directed per physician’s orders, and in compliance with organization, company, federal, state and local regulations.
• Acts as scrub technologist to assist the physician during procedure as needed, maintaining a sterile technique.
• Assists with patient workflow by transporting patients as needed.
• Performs point – of – care laboratory testing as directed per physician’s orders and in compliance with organization, company, federal, state and local regulations.
• Performs IV insertion as per physician orders.
• Performs additional tasks as designated by Physician, practicing in compliance with state regulations.

                          

PHYSICIANS:

• Provides regular and effective communication with physicians on an as needed basis.
• Attends and participates in CQI meetings with physicians, reporting on assigned topics.
• May assist facility management in working with the physicians and staff to verify all necessary instruments and equipment.
• Assists the physician in completing and reporting state required adverse event reports and reporting internally as per organization/FMC policy and procedure.

MAINTENANCE/TECHNICAL:

• Operates appropriate facility equipment and technology, including but not limited to, patient monitors, defibrillators, medical recording devices, sterilizers and computers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspects operation of all facility equipment and reports malfunctions, and maintenance needs to ensure the safe and effective operation of all vascular access equipment.
• Inspects operation of all facility operating systems, including temperature checks in appropriate areas and physical structure of the facility and reports any issues to the Facility Manager.
• Ensures a clean, safe and sanitary environment in the vascular access facility at all times.
• Ensures all blood spills are immediately addressed according to the organization/FMCNA Bloodborne Pathogen Control Policies.

          

ADMINISTRATIVE:

• Assists with efficient utilization of medication, laboratory, inventory, supplies and equipment to achieve supply cost goals following all guidelines established in the organization formularies.
• May assist in the development and revision of any applicable policies and procedures related to the facility to ensure continuous process improvement.
• Assists with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities including monthly reports and attending meetings as required.
• Assists with maintaining medication supply, including inventory control, checking for expired medications, and ensuring appropriate recording of controlled substances as required by law.
• Completes usage logs for all medications with appropriate documentation, as well as, records of drug disposal in accordance with local, state, and federal law. 
• Assists with maintaining facility supply inventory, including ordering and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Examines emergency equipment and supplies, including stocking of the crash cart on a regular basis.
• Completes medical records in an accurate manner in compliance with organization policies and procedures prior to discharge of the patient.  Perform chart audits on a regular basis.
• May participate in facility regulatory and accreditation surveys and action plans to address any deficiencies.
• Completes state required records for all implanted devices in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with organization/FMS records management guidelines.
• Participates in staff meetings, training and orientation as assigned.
• Complies with HIPPA policies and standards regarding patient information and medical records.
• Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

• The position requires frequent prolonged periods of standing and the employee must be able to bend over.  The employee may occasionally be required to move, with assistance, patients and equipment of up to 200 lbs. There is a two-person assist program and material assist devices for the heavier items.
• The work environment is characteristic of a health care facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels. May be exposed to infectious, contagious diseases/materials and radiation.  May be required to wear protective gear in procedure rooms for extended periods of time.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree desirable; and Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.)
• Current appropriate state licensure and ACLS certification required.

       

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

• 4 - 6 years' related experience preferred.
• Office Based Surgical Center/Ambulatory Surgical Center/Vascular Access, Cardiac Cath Lab, or a combination of ASC, surgical, Interventional Radiology and ICU/CCU or emergency department experience preferred.
• Proficient in the use of computers and related software such as Microsoft Office is necessary.
• Proficient in IV insertion.
• Proficient in cardiac rhythm recognition.
• Experience with Medical database software.
• Certified in BLS & ACLS successfully completed course certifications.

Convatec is a developer, manufacturer and marketer of innovative medical products focused on therapies for the management of chronic conditions. About the Role:

As the Global Product Training and Education Lead for Ostomy Care, you are responsible to diagnose, develop, validate, and deliver the Ostomy Care Product/Portfolio/Services training curriculum to the regional commercial teams in Convatec OC globally. Working in close collaboration with the Sales Forces Effectiveness (SFE) training and the Learning & Development teams, you will present the ostomy disease area and Convatec ostomy care products to the local SFE Training, Marketing and/or Sales teams locally.  

You are responsible for conceptualization, development, implementation, and execution of educational ostomy care content for speciality and non-speciality healthcare professionals for our Medical Professional Educational sites.  Working in close collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regional Marketing, and outside agencies, you will deliver on a roadmap for basic, advanced, and master-style education to be used globally.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose the training and education content gaps existing for the ostomy care and core product/accessories products
• Develop the training content for Convatec ostomy care core and accessory product lines
• Crystallize the value proposition of Convatec ostomy care products, in close collaboration with the Global marketing team members (Upstream/Product Management and Downstream/HCP, Consumer, Digital)
• Deliver the product training curriculum, for Convatec commercial teams, either directly or through a train-the-trainer model 
• Deliver new educational content for speciality and non-specialty healthcare professionals
• Deliver, if needed, the disease area training curriculum for newcomers in Ostomy care that are outside of traditional marketing roles
• Contribute to intensify our Commercial team’s product knowledge and competitive benefits
• Coordinate the Product training requests and activities globally, with the local cross-functional teams 
• You will work in partnership with the Medical Affairs team to build the scientific or disease-related content, as well as delivering it, if needed.
• You will work hand in hand with the Sales Force Effectiveness team, in charge of the Commercial / Sales training curriculum, to fit into the existing training program of the sales teams across the world.  
• The training delivery would be either in person (in a Train-the-Trainer set up) or virtually through digital tools. This means that you will be flexible and able to travel internationally, if needed.

Job Summary

As a Sr BI Product Manager at HCSC, you will play a crucial role in owning and managing one or more BI solutions products. • Work cross-functionally to support organizational goals.
• Participate in on-call activities as scheduled; this is during weekends and holidays. 
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Follow all EHS rules and procedures applicable to your department. Report any EHS incidents, unsafe acts, and conditions promptly to the supervision.
• Support of the department through administrative and tactical execution of specific tasks as communicated by the department manager.
• Contribute to department goals. Facilitation/resolution of internal and external customer technical concerns.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING IN:

Required: 

• High school diploma
• Minimum 2 years of work experience to develop the competence to meet the skills and responsibilities of the position.

Preferred: 

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in chemical, biological, engineering or laboratory science/medical technology science preferred.
• Prior experience working in the clinical laboratory as a medical lab technician or medical technologist; 0-2 years clinical or medical lab experience preferred.
• Prior customer support skills preferred.
• Ability and aptitude to determine methods of addressing customer concerns and issues in real-time.
• Strong customer-focus orientation and skill set; ability to assimilate complicated technical information; independent decision-making skills in critical, fast-paced settings.    
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Adequate technical writing skills
• Ability to convey communications clearly, concisely, and accurately.
• Ability to work independently and in groups.
• Ability or aptitude to use various types of databases and other computer software to complete tasks.

Your task:

• Being the main contact person for the product multiFiltratePro for the Sustaining Engineering Interfaces in the global market
• Secure continuous production process in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders and a high level of product quality
• Ensure product availability regarding field issues and regulatory changes
• Define and coordinate design changes with appropriate prioritization often under unplanned, time-sensitive and cross-vertical conditions
• Being the center of excellence for technical questions in the market
• Coordinate the Sustaining backlog to ensure the transparency of maintenance needs
• Realization of the work packages in cooperation with Engineering Unit and Agile Framework
• Active membership in the PI-Planning representing the Sustaining Engineering Unit
• Proactively analyze high level machine data to mitigate quality issues
• Sustaining representative for multiFiltratePro in different meetings and committees 

Your profile:

• Completed technical studies in medical engineering, electrical and mechatronic engineering or comparable education with at least 5 years of professional experience 
• Several years of professional experience in medical technology and R&D
• Ownership is your passion – together with your partners you are driving results and success
• Being an excellent networker to be connected to the stakeholders for best communication and collaboration  
• You will be able to run many themes at once and coordinate complex organizational and technical topics efficiently 
• You are ready to take the driver's seat and bring about competent decisions 
• You are willing to work in partnership with partners all over the world
