• Confident problem analysis and judgement skills, with the ability to use data to endorse decisions

• Knowledge of recruitment project principles and how to plan activities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contribute to the development of process maps for critical recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring that that the right end to end candidate journey is embedded into the new systems
• Update, improve, and drive compliance by ensuring toolkits are fit for purpose, relevant, and meeting the needs of the business
• Develop frameworks to provide assessments at recruitment stage to establish competence and confidence in the requirements of the position, which is mindful of business as usual as well as future digital transformation
• Establish and ensure the ongoing governance and visibility of talent pools, both internal and external
• Maintain regular interface with the learning and development leadership development pipelines
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure internal candidates have a clear and concise application journey
• Develop and map accurate project plans for recruitment projects, keeping all areas of the business fully informed
• Maintain and update scope of works for relevant projects in line with projects progressing
• Work alongside recruitment managers to ensure recruitment project milestones are met, recorded accurately, and reviewed
• Govern external providers to ensure accurate DPIA completion
• Accurately save and record contract agreements with suppliers whilst ensuring sign off from legal and other stakeholders
• Ensure positive and proactive relationships with all key stakeholders
