Supply Teaching Assistant - Camden
Are you an experienced or trained teaching assistant looking for flexible work? Salary: £81- £95 per day Contract: Day to Day/Fixed Term Hours: Full/Part Time Your new Schools We are looking for supply teaching assistants for primary schools in Camden and nearby areas. We have a large network of schools and can offer you regular work opportunities. You can decide when you want to work as a Supply Teaching Assistant, whether it is full time or part-time. You can also choose between getting morning calls or being booked in advance.
About your role as a Supply Teaching Assistant As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will have strengths within primary education. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the pupils, whether it be in a group, SEN or 1:1 setting, as well as supporting the class teacher.
Your other duties will include: • To build and maintain successful relationships with pupils, treat them consistently, with respect and consideration. • To help promote independent learning. • To help reinforce learning. • To help students record work appropriately. • To develop study and organisational skills. • To help keep the students on task and to build motivation. • To model good practice. • To help build students' confidence and enhance self-esteem.
