Job title: Internship: HR Intern Patient Safety & Quality
Starting Date: March, April, 2024
Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
Location: Amsterdam
Contract: 32/40h per week
As an HR intern in Patient Safety & Quality, you will be a part of several HR projects, focused on implementation/ change initiatives. The initiatives are in the core of HR and are connected strongly to the global People Strategy. This is the ideal position to get deep understanding of HR and get practical experience within a multinational environment.
Your role:
You will support and/ or lead several HR projects (e.g. data analytics/ reporting/ renewing of job profile updates/ talent review);
Planning, coordinating and tracking small (sub)projects, which are mainly HR focused;
Responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan (specification, quality, time, communication, information) and organization;
Report on the progress of the project(s) with an agreed frequency on quality, status, and time to HR Project Managers, HR business partners, functional management and to the project members;
Ensure that there is an effective transfer and archiving of the project results and the associated knowledge;
Being able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met
You are the right fit if:
Master/bachelor’s degree, such as Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Strategy; who aspire to a career within HR
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
Excel/ Data analytics experience
Stakeholder Management/Communication skills
Proactive learner and motivated to deliver
Good written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English
Experience in Project Management and HR is a nice to have
Previous internship experience within a multinational environment is a nice to have
In return, we offer you
Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.
Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €145,- net
Paid holidays per internship term.

IMPORTANT:

In order to be considered, you have to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation will be requested. Students from outside the EU enrolled at a Dutch university need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement – which needs to be signed by the student and the university.
