• Create and manage clear roadmaps for strategic digital initiatives, set objectives, timelines, and success metrics, and ensuring alignment with the division’s digital strategy and SingHealth's overarching objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, conceptualisation, planning, and execution of digital projects.
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the digital empowerment team.
• Spearhead major digital innovation and transformational initiatives, driving the adoption of automation technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), chatbots, and Microsoft 365 (M365) for enhanced workflows.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop annual plans and budgets for digital projects. Manage budget portfolios and utilisation.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and healthcare challenges, regularly assessing their viability and potential adoption to improve clinical and business workflows.
• Act as the digital representative, providing expertise and guidance in projects, task forces, committees, and initiating open conversations with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Establish and nurture both internal and external partnerships to advance digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee and manage digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and digital tools, ensuring system service levels are met. Provide prompt technical support for any system-related issues that may arise.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree will be an advantage
• At least 10 -12 years of experience in the IT industry, including roles of a similar nature, with at least 4 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Highly proficient in one or more of the following areas: cloud computing, voice/chatbots, RPA, and/ or M365 technologies
• Demonstrate excellence in project management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver them timely

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Programme Manager to develop, manage, and implement innovative K-12 educational programs focused on space science and technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, curriculum-aligned STEM activities and workshops that inspire and educate youths about physics, engineering, life sciences, satellites and more.

Responsibilities and Duties

Content and Partnership

1. Collaborate with schools, educational institutions, and community organizations to promote and expand the reach of space-themed STEM programs.
2. Organize and conduct competition, workshops, seminars, and events that engage students in hands-on learning experiences related to space science and technology.
3. Foster partnerships with government agencies, schools and industry stakeholders to enrich program content and provide unique learning opportunities.
4. Create content for programme and activities
5. Coordinate with scientists, engineers, and educators to provide authentic and current content for the programs.
6. Assess and evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements to meet educational goals.
7. Perform outreach to increase program visibility and participation among diverse and underserved student populations.
8. Stay abreast of the latest developments in space science and education technology to continually enhance program offerings..

Delivery and Execution

1. Manage program logistics, including scheduling, materials procurement, and budgeting.
2. Train and mentor teachers and volunteers on space science content and teaching strategies.

Budget Management: Develop and oversee the programme budget, ensuring that all financial objectives are met and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that training content is up-to-date, relevant, and delivered in an engaging and effective manner.

Evaluation and Reporting: Design and implement evaluation tools to measure programme effectiveness and learner outcomes. Provide regular reports to senior management on programme progress, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in education, science, engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in STEM education, curriculum development, or program coordination.
• Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting
• Experienced with content creation for K12 STEM / Space
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools
• Awareness of market needs from parents, schools, government agencies, including ministries of education
• Awareness of education system in Singapore and in other markets
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and community members.
• Speaks proficiently in at least one language
• Creative thinker with a passion for STEM and education

Bonus to have

• PhD, masters’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience with undergraduates, graduates or professional training and education
• Experienced with coding and robotics

The Senior Manager / Manager works in the field of social work management.
