Job Scope:

• Arrange and lead EHS kick-off meeting before vessel arrival
• Support EHS Engineer and Manager in enhancing Safety Management Systems
• Supervise and manage hazards before work begins
• Conduct certification for hot work and hazardous tasks
• Aid in arranging VSCC meetings and maintaining relevant records
• Coordinate the implementation of permit-to-work system
• Organize deployment of confined space attendants and fire watchmen
• Keep the vessel safety coordination board updated
• Manage inspection of firefighting and rescue equipment on vessels
• Spearhead the implementation of project EHS plan and accident prevention measures
• Oversee project risk management efforts
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses
• Conduct performance evaluations for confined space attendants
• Ensure adherence to HSE regulations
• Assist in assigning responsibility levels for hot work and confined space assessors
• Fulfill other duties as instructed by EHS Engineer and Manager

Job requirement:

• Diploma/Degree Qualification in Building/EHS/Engineering related studies
• Possess Hotwork Assessor Certification & Confined Space Assessor Certification are added advantage
• Good understanding of Workplace Safety & Health Act & Shipbuilding & Ship Repairs regulation

We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Preferably, 2-4 years of relevant working experience in Procurement in the Biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry with cGMP is desirable.
• Provide Support and execution of end-to-end Contracts Management process for Site CAPEX.
• Assist in generating SAP spend or invoicing data, and perform data analysis, for CAPEX as and when requested. Identify potential gaps/opportunities in Contracts Management; propose, participate and support work improvement/savings initiatives.
• Manage Supplier Relationship Management Program for capex service providers, and maintain successful Supplier relationships and assist in resolving any Supplier related issues.
• Working experiences in contracts management, procurement, sourcing for capex project services eg. Architectural Engineering, QP, CSA, E&I etc. be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• To establish, develop, execute and complete installation records, qualification protocols and validation documentation of clinical Trials

• To performs direct installation activities, such as creation, execution and completion of installation records of the clinical studies

• To generate and maintenance of equipment list for clinical research studies.

• Maintains the Master Equipment list.

• To track equipment/system changes including but not limited to configuration change, access review or documentation update via an appropriate change and problem management system.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma Life Sciences, Health Science Systems

• Preferable with biomedical and/or clinical research experience.

• Ability to work independently.
