Job Description

• To provide administrative support to Admin and HR.
• To ensure all accidents are properly recorded, reported and investigated.
• To exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts.
• To monitor employee disciplinary regarding Safety and Health issue for production worker.
• To monitor daily attendance of production worker on their medical issue and etc.
• To prepared medicine for worker (normal illness) and arrange them to clinic or hospital for serious illness/emergency cases.
• To assist in distributing of company uniform, safety shoes, PPE and etc.
• To monitor and coordinate pest control activities at company premises compound/hostel.
• To schedule the housekeeping activities at hostel.
• To submit and prepared document to DOSH (JKKP), DOE, JTK, BOMBA and etc.
• To assist and manage the incident safety organization. Participate and be part of coordinator in ERT activities such as training, drills and during actual emergency situations.
• To conduct safety audit (Fire Safety, OSH and environmental) and report any hazardous condition and provide proposal or advise for improvement.
• To conduct safety induction for new workers.
• Others ad-hoc task as assigned by Superior.

 

Job Requirements

• Education level: SPM and above.
• Candidate must possess at least a certified qualification from NIOSH or its equivalents.

• Perform daily product control, including Treasury transaction verification, trade cancellation monitoring, data reconciliations, off market rate monitoring, P&L production and analysis, MTM valuation of financial instruments, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in Treasury products and derivatives in terms of valuation as well as be familiar with the market convention for such products (Foreign Exchange; Fixed Income).
• Good Financial Modelling skills and proficient in MS Office. Should be able to read and write VBA code.
• Experience with Bloomberg Terminal; Reuters Eikon will be a plus point.
• Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, CFA will be advantageous.
• Relevant experience in risk management or product control function will be preferable.
• Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Ability to work meticulously under pressure and tight deadlines.

· Coordinate in schedules meeting, monitor production output & lead time, maintaining other production standards and ensuring quality control

· Handling legal requirement matter such as local licensing, oversea product legal issue, new legal requirements, ISO, safety and others

· Improvement & upgrading of production plant, simplified the process or automation

· Evaluate and recommend digital system for process data recording, inventory and others

· Enhance the troubleshooting and maintenance in production plant

· Liaising with HOD to develop plans that improve production, costs and labour required

Overview

Plays a key role in the Commercial Department by receiving enquiries from clients, working closely with Production & Subcontractor on preparing a proposal in an accurate and timely manner, and working closely with clients to follow up on the status of our bids.
