Job Descriptions:

• Design new TPOSMs (brochures & leaflets), adaptation from regional to local artwork, event booth design & signages, social media post (static, gif, video format), website artwork visuals, able to do simple video editing will be a plus.
• Come up with design strategy for Social Media and to create creative yet impactful content which is sharable by our target consumers.
• As one of the brand guardians for Konica Minolta Brand CI and to ensure all communication materials are adhered to the Brand CI.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, web designer, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Copy translation from English/ Bahasa to Mandarin for all artwork.
• To attend and help out in events as and when required.
• Be one of the admin for our Social Media platform.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Art / Design / Entertainment or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
• 1 Full-time/Permanent positions available

As a Senior Motion Video Designer, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, planning, designing, and executing various types of video content productions for Pixlr & Designs.AI. Your primary focus will encompass motion graphics, tutorials, video editing, and exploring new forms of digital media. This position, initially a 6-month contract, serves to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of contract renewal.

The Job: 

• Engage in all phases of the design process, including concept development, storyboarding, animation, graphic design, and production.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Managers to conceptualize and craft compelling, high-quality animations and video productions.
• Craft visually stunning motion works suitable for display across diverse media platforms and as essential company assets/marketing materials.
• Remain abreast of advancements in production tools, technology, and the latest trends in content creation for social media.
• Manage project deadlines effectively, ensuring timely and precise execution of tasks.

The Person:

• Bachelor's Degree in motion video design or a related field.
• Proficiency with video editing and motion graphics software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, and Capcut.
• Experience utilizing generative AI Tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.
• Demonstrated strong motion design acumen with a keen eye for captivating aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate smooth workflow and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, ensuring successful project deliverables.
