An excellent HR Data / HR MI job - Junior Opportunity-Interim 3 Months (could extend), this is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Assistant / HR Administrator, who is an experienced user of MS Excel and thoroughly enjoys manipulating HR data, who is keen to step into an HR Data role, within a well-known, established brand in Northamptonshire.
Your new role
As an HR Data / HRMI specialist, you will be part of a busy HR Data team, who require interim support for three months, (which could extend).
Duties will involve:
Developing and producing HR reporting and providing analysis, focusing on people data, e.g. starters, leavers, absence, attrition and TUPE.
Extracting data sets and presenting in a variety of formats; PowerPoint, Excel, & PowerBI.
Developing and updating local work instructions / process maps.
Support with management reports and ad-hoc reports.
Facilitate and champion the engagement of self-service reporting to enhance the capabilities within the business.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will either be an HR Analyst or HRMI Specialist, or you will be an HR Assistant, who has HR reporting experience and is an experienced user of MS Excel and is keen to step into an HR Analyst role. You must be available with no more than 1 week\'s notice.

Hybrid working - 1 day per week in Northamptonshire and 4 days per week home based.

Your new role
The HR Analyst will play a vital role in supporting numerous departments across the Bank by collecting, analysing, and interpreting people data.
The HR Analyst will also provide administrative and transactional support and guidance to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of operational people services. The role-holder will be familiar with the Workday HR and Payroll system, be highly organised, and able to prioritise effectively and multi-task to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
The HR Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, including managers, team members and business leaders from across the Bank to improve processes, enhance team effectiveness and drive data-driven decision-making within the organisation.
