· Responsibilities:
o Performs day-to-day broad range of HR activities including proper filing of documents
o Assisting with the process of recruitment such as, screening candidates, assist with scheduling interview, and issuing employment contracts
o Handle benefits and claims administration
o Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
o Generates and maintain regular HR reports as required
o Handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
· Requirements:
o Diploma holder & have a valid driving license.
o Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in HR administration.
o A good team player with responsible and positive working attitude and the ability to multi-task.
o Good interpersonal and communication skills.
o Able to work independently and interact with staff of all levels.
o Candidates with no relevant experience but with administrative background will be considered.
o Uniform provided.
