JOB SCOPE AND DUTIES
1. HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION
1.1 Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
1.2 Assist in preparation and submission of claims for staff training grant
1.3 Assist in handling staff-related insurance
1.4 Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
1.5 Providing counseling on policies and procedures
1.6 Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
1.7 Create and implement effective onboarding plans
1.8 Develop training and development programs
1.9 Assist in performance management processes
1.10 Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
1.11 Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
1.12 Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
2. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
2.1 Maintain inventory of office supplies
2.2 Assist in the organisation of Council meetings and taking of meeting minutes
2.3 Assist in handling office and business insurance
2.4 Provide support to ASMI’s events as and when required
2.5 Undertake special ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
2.6 Oversee project management such as office improvements administrative matters
REQUIREMENTS
· At least a Polytechnic diploma in Accounting, Finance or Human Resources with at least 1-2 years relevant experience; fresh graduates in relevant studies are also welcome to apply
· Positive working attitude and resilient under stress
· Meticulous and detail-oriented
· Good communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills
· Resourceful and able to work independently or in teams
· Self-motivated individual with strong drive for results within tight timelines
