RESUME IS COMPULSORY
- Able to handle full set of accounts including account payable and account receivable to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys.
- To maintain accounting records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain financial security by establishing and enhancing existing internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Preparation of cash flows budget by monitoring cash inflows and expenses, coordinating collections and payments with the assistance of accounts executive to ensure that financial commitments are met.
- Prepare accurate and complete of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Financial Reports (balance sheet, profit and loss and cashflow statement).
- Prepare accounting-related reports, summaries, and reconciliation.
- Maintains confidence by keeping financial information confidential.
- Coordinate annual audit process.
- Create invoice and payment.
- To assist in prepared commission statement and payment voucher.
- Sending dividend SMS notification to Client.
- Liaise with operation, support personnel, and external parties (e.g., Auditor, LHDN, lawyer etc.) to resolve problems/queries which arise.
- Able to handle multiple companies accounts.
- Performing other ad-hoc assignments as required within required time frame.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years related working experience in accounting job, preferably with experience in handling of full set account.
- Qualification - Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and enjoy multi-tasking
