Our team consists of passionate, talented and ambitious Product Managers and Designers who continuously evolve our products to maximize business value and improve user experience.
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Product to join and lead our Product team. This leadership role will direct the strategy, vision, and execution of our product portfolio. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and analytical skills. They will not only drive the strategic direction of our product line but also foster a creative and collaborative environment within the team. This role will work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver innovative and impactful healthcare solutions.
As our Head of Product, you will:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the product management and product design teams.
- Oversee the conception, design, development, and management of innovative healthcare products for our B2C and B2B segments.
- Own the product roadmap and strategy, working closely with various stakeholders (internal teams, customers, partners) to understand market needs and trends.
- Drive the implementation of product vision and strategy across all product lines, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and market demand.
- Collaborate with the engineering, data, marketing, sales, operations, and customer success teams to ensure product development aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Develop and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including conceptualization, launch, performance tracking, and iterative improvement.
- Drive user-centric design and decision making, backed by data analysis, user feedback, usability findings, and market trends.
- Serve as an effective communicator and advocate for the product team, building strong relationships with other teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management, ideally within a healthcare tech company. Experience in a B2B and B2C environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a product team during a scale-up phase.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, telehealth services, and healthcare insurance is a plus.
- Proven track record in delivering successful and innovative digital products to market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
