**Position Overview:**
As a Client Service Officer/Assistant Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Relationship Managers in delivering bespoke financial solutions to our esteemed clients. This position requires a strong dedication to client satisfaction, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, assisting them with their wealth management needs and contributing to the success of our external asset management/multi-family office business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Provide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers in managing client relationships, including client onboarding, account administration, and servicing of client requests.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt and accurate execution of their instructions.
3. Assist in the preparation of client reports, investment proposals, and other documentation required for client meetings and reviews.
4. Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to facilitate the execution of client transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, adhering to data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
6. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships, cross-sell additional services, and promote engagement with the firm.
7. Stay informed about market developments, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes relevant to our clients' portfolios.
8. Assist in organizing client events, seminars, and educational workshops to foster client engagement and promote our brand.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives, contribute to process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency.
10. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Knowledge of investment products, asset classes, and regulatory requirements relevant to wealth management in Singapore.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
8. Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency required.
