Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
At least three years of experience in a client or customer-facing role
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience communicating and collaborating with a wide range of people in organizations, including executives
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher education
At least five years of experience in a client or customer-facing role
Experience designing learning programs
Familiarity and comfort with developing and managing budgets
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our team focuses on building engaging training programs and impactful experiences to help our Private Bank Advisors and Sales Managers harness the collective power of our firm.
As Client Skills Training and Practice Management Lead, you will partner closely with the International Private Bank Operating Committee and regularly interact with Sales Managers and Advisors in Europe and Latin America. Relevant experience, a deep understanding of the client skills and practice management concepts that are key to an Advisor’s success, and interest and skill in helping professionals become more productive and trusted Advisors is paramount.
Job Responsibilities:
• End to end ownership of the development and implementation of our global Private Bank Client Skills Training Strategy and Program
• Manage a global team of Training and Digital specialists who create and facilitate programmatic experiences and use data to drive in-market behavior change
• Understand the business needs and practices of high performing Advisors and use this knowledge to build collateral for training programs
• Oversee the development, facilitation, and marketing of training experiences
• Define and measure key metrics to help assess impact and communicate progress to Private Bank Operating Committee members and other stakeholders.
• Manage budget, maintain strong controls in in close partnership with internal partners and in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes
• Scheduled periodic international travel required
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
• Minimum 15 years work experience with more than 10 years in a banking or financial services environment and a minimum of 5 years human resources experience
• Leadership experience and proven ability to manage a large, global team
• Minimum of Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Experience designing, building and facilitating training programs
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to differing audiences
• Ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and insights, and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders
• Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups and regions
• We’re a global company whose primary business language is English and so fluency in English is required
• Certification from Singapore’s Institute of Human Resource Professionals would be an advantage for this role
