What are we looking for?

• Strong online portfolio of past works demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs including concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
• Experience in planning and conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability test), analyse quantitative and qualitative data and communicate insights
• Experience with UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and mobile responsive designs

You will be designing an employee-facing web portal that is used to support HR operations. This centralized platform simplifies the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees within the organization. What a typical work week would look like:

• Understanding user needs through user research

• Demonstrable UI Design skills with a strong portfolio
• Build high-fidelity prototypes using Figma across digital platforms (web/mobile/tablet)
• Lead projects from a UI perspective, defining functionality navigation, interaction and visual design

Preferred Skills:
