Job Responsibilities:

• Process payments, invoices, and receipts from customers and suppliers.
• Review and verify financial transactions such as expense claims and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and relevant financial laws.
• Prepare and review construction project budgets, including costs for materials, labor, and other expenses.
• Monitor project expenditures against budgets and make necessary corrections.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including income statements, financial statements, and project expenses.
• Provide financial performance reports for management and stakeholders.
• Interact with customers for financial matters such as payment collection, credit checks, and account resolution.
• Provide prompt resolutions for customer needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with banks, tax advisors, and auditors for financial and accounting matters.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for payments and expense reimbursements.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Above in Accounting
• Min 5 Years Working Experience in related experience
• Min LCCI
• Familiar with Account Software (UBS, Excel)
• Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterpart

要求：

• 會計最低文憑或以上
• 至少 5 年相關經驗工作經驗
• 最小LCCI
• 熟悉帳戶軟體（UBS、Excel）
• 能與講國語的同行聯絡
